What’s Sweatworking? It’s a networking workout. With guidance from the experts at Crossfit Muskoka, we’re fusing networking and working out, so you can build business relationships over shared experiences and endorphin-fuelled conversations.

• Come with your workout gear a few minutes early.
• Who’s there?:Group introductions. Tell us who you are and what you do
• Two Workout Groups of 10 each (you’ll be partnered into even smaller groups) – work at your pace: good for ALL ABILITIES & AGES.
• Stretch and debrief.
• Enjoy nibbles and drinks while getting to know your fellow Chamber Members better in a new way.
