Motion to confirm a change to the bylaws to allow Annual Meetings to be held by electronic means during special circumstances (e.g. a pandemic that prohibits physical gatherings).
Proposed Bylaw Wording:
14.4 Participation in Annual Meeting by Telephone or Other Communications Facilities
An Annual Meeting may be held by telephone, electronic or other communication facilities during special circumstances (e.g. a pandemic that prohibits physical gatherings) that permit all persons participating in the meeting to communicate adequately with each other, and a Member participating by such means is deemed to be present at that meeting.
