Meeting: Muskoka Watershed Advisory Group

The #Muskoka Watershed Advisory Group will be holding a public listening session on Thursday, January 23, 2020, from 2:30 to 5 pm at the Port Carling Community Centre.
The purpose of the listening session is to give community members an opportunity to provide their perspectives on issues within the watershed, which can help inform the advisory group’s advice. All are welcome to attend.
While the work of the Muskoka Watershed Advisory Group will include consideration of water levels and flows, the broader focus of the session will be on watershed health.
The Muskoka Watershed Advisory Group will be conducting a series of further outreach sessions with municipal leaders, Indigenous communities and other community organizations throughout the Muskoka Watershed area in early 2020.
