Nia with Enliven Cancer Care Muskoka

Enliven Cancer Care Muskoka invites you to join them for Nia, an approach to fitness that embraces dance, movement, martial arts, and the healing arts. It is kind to the joints and adaptable to every age, type of body, or level of fitness. The Enliven community is open to all those affected by cancer; patients, survivors, care givers and health care providers. Registration opens August 19 for Fall programming.
