This 8-week program fosters community among women and is all about self-care. Using mindfulness meditation along with other tools that help us to nurture our health, both mental and physical, every day.  Connect with yourself and others exploring topics including:

  • How art helps us thrive
  • Nurturing ourselves
  • Mindfulness and ensuring your inner child has fun.

Come join us and create a wellness plan that works for you!

The program starts on Tuesday, February 6  and runs from 1 to 3 pm.
