We’re looking for a full-time HVAC/Sheet Metal Installer to work with us in the Muskoka and Parry Sound region.

What you’ll do

Operate light metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, and punches.
Submit drawings of duct fittings to suppliers for projects and estimating.
Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications.
Be lead hand on installation and have knowledge of all HVAC being installed.
May prepare work estimates for clients.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail. Able to efficiently make decisions related to your job and responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Proactive in maintaining professional relationships that reflect the company’s core values.
Effective communication, training, and leadership skills. Able to manage and oversee those under your authority while also demonstrating a personal continuous learning attitude.
Willing to travel to site appointments and work flexible hours.
Demonstrate high integrity and moral values.

Experience and qualifications

Minimum of three years experience in the field or a Certificate of Qualifications or Red Seal
Minimum of G3 Gas License.
Hold a valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
