Jessica Vergeer is a Canadian artist and fashion designer based in Parry Sound, Ontario. Jessica studied textiles at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) in Halifax before moving back to Ontario to pursue a career in fashion design. In 2004 she moved north and was inspired to begin painting the landscapes of Georgian Bay, Muskoka, and Northern Ontario. Jessica currently runs a studio, gallery and dress shop in Downtown Parry Sound showcasing her original paintings, prints, fashion designs, home decor, ‘wearable art’ jewellery line and more.

This space is known by its street address, 18 James Street. New for 2023, Jessica’s work is also displayed in Port Carling at the Artisan Trading Post.
